Like many eMail providers – we use filters to suppress undesired advertising (“SPAM filters”), which in rare cases can by mistake also automatically classify normal eMails as undesired advertising and delete them. Any eMails containing harmful programs (“viruses”) are in any case automatically deleted by us. As a consequence, legally secure communication via simple eMail is not guaranteed. We therefore advise you not to use eMails to transmit confidential information to Kloster Seeon. To date, we have not used any electronic encryption or signature systems, which means that encrypted and/or signed eMails cannot be further processed by us. For documents, for which the written form ought to suffice (as a rule, this means that a signature is required), please switch to paper-based communication.
