Eleven of the seminar rooms have a PC workstation with printer.
Software: Windows Server 2003 Client, Microsoft Office XP, Internet Explorer 6.0, Outlook 2002 with e-mail address for each room.   The workstations and printers can be used free of charge.
Technical support team (hourly charges)

After hours call-out: 50 euros/hour

After 8pm: 25% surcharge

Sundays and public holidays: 50% surcharge
Tax
The price contain the at present exists tax of 16%
